GLBT National Help Center
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender National Hotline provides telephone and email peer-counseling, as well as factual information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. Services are free and confidential. They speak with callers of all ages about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, HIV/AIDS anxiety and safer-sex information, and lots more! They also maintain the largest resource database of its kind in the world, with over 18,000 listings. Their database contains information on social and support groups, as well as gay-friendly religious organizations, sports leagues, student groups and more. They also have information on GLBT-friendly businesses including lawyers, doctors and various counseling professionals.

Bill Wilson Center - Contact Care
Contact Cares offers confidential help lines for individuals of all ages. Trained volunteers provide supportive listening, counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals to callers. All help lines are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Help line topics include:
A hotline for youth ages 7-24, providing supportive listening, crisis intervention, information and referrals. Youth may call anytime for any reason.
A contact line for anyone experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, loneliness, parental stress, or general hard times.
A hotline for people infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Anyone whose life has been touched by HIV/AIDS can call the line for supportive listening, crisis intervention, information and referrals.

YWCA Silicon Valley - Sexual Assault Services
The YWCA Sexual Assault Services helps residents of Silicon Valley to minimize the traumatic aftermath of sexual assault and to promote safety, mobility, and freedom from abuse for all people. YWCA Rape Crisis Services provides a 24-hour, seven days-a-week crisis hotline, immediate crisis counseling and assistance, information and referrals, and accompaniment services to medical, police, and court facilities. Services are provided at no cost for all survivors of sexual assault or abuse, as well as their loved ones.

Adolescent Counseling Services, De Ambiente
De Ambiente is a community space for bilingual Spanish-speaking LGBTQQ youth, ages 10-25 years old. De Ambiente is the only Spanish speaking support group for LGBT Latino youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. LBGTQ Youth Space
The LGBTQ Youth Space is a Program of Family & Children Services that includes a community drop-in center and mental health program for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and ally youth and young adults ages 13-25 who live in Santa Clara County. The space is open 3pm-9pm Monday through Friday.
