Schedule + Fees
Schedule
Sessions are by appointment only. I currently have clinical hours Monday through Thursday, 1pm to 6pm.
If you are interested in learning about my current availability for new clients, or getting more information about my services, please send me a message through my Contact Page.
Session Fee and Insurance
My fee is $265 per session. I am a private-pay provider and am not paneled with any insurance company. Payment is due at the time of each session, and I receive payment directly from you, not from your insurance. If you’d like to use Out of Network benefits, I can provide you with a detailed statement (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check your coverage and coordinate directly with your insurance company to see what’s available to you.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time and not rescheduled in the same calendar week will be charged the fee for the session.
If you have any question about my fees, insurance, or cancellation policy, feel free to contact me via submission form on my Contact Page.
Your Right to a good faith estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
